Loss is a trio from Minas Gerais formed by Marcelo Loss (vocals and bass), Adriano Avelar (guitar and vocals) and Teddy Bronsk (drums).

The band's sound is rock reminiscent of the classics, but with modern references, flirting with various musical styles. Marcelo's heavy vocals and striking bass, combined with Adriano's virtuoso guitar and Teddy's consistent drumming, give rise to a unique sound that takes us back to the origins of the style, but brings a breath of modernity to rock.

Founded in 2020, the band signed with European label DyMM Records and released their first EP, entitled Let's Go, mixed and mastered by renowned Danish producer Tue Madsen, who has worked with artists such as Rob Halford, Meshuggah, Vader, Sick Of It All, Behemoth, Dark Tranquillity and Kataklysm.

In 2022, the band released their first album, Storm. The album was recorded in Belo Horizonte at Analog Dream Studio and mixed and mastered in Athens (Greece) by Jim Siou. Later that year, Loss embarked on their first European tour, showcasing their sound in the Iberian Peninsula in cities such as Lisbon, Alenquer, Pinhal Novo, Porto, Setúbal (Portugal) and Madrid (Spain).

After releasing a few singles in 2023, Loss released their second album, Human Factor, once again produced by Tue Madsen.

After several concerts across the country promoting the album, in 2025 the band embarked on their second tour of Europe. The Human Factor European Tour visited major cities such as Paris, London and Amsterdam, as well as cities in Belgium, Germany and Ireland. During the tour, the band performed at iconic venues such as Cart' n' Horses, the famous London pub where Iron Maiden played their first gigs, and La Java, the oldest active concert venue in Paris.

For 2026, the band promises several new developments, such as the release of a live album recorded in London, as well as several videos and a documentary about the European tour (the teaser for the documentary can already be seen on the band's YouTube channel).

The band will also perform in São Paulo and Rio as a guest band at Disciple of Doom, an event featuring Robert Lowe, vocalist for Candlemass and Solitude Aeturnus, as well as opening for The Vintage Caravan in Belo Horizonte.
